Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or EVRi. Orders from other regions are dispatched via China Post, Singapore Post, or Hong Kong Post.

We believe it is our responsibility to provide efficient and caring customer service. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Packages will be marked as “sample” or “gift” to help minimize any potential customs fees or taxes for our customers.

Most items are in stock and will be shipped on the next business day after payment is verified, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Methods & Timeframes

UK Deliveries
Standard shipping is via Royal Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days.

International Deliveries
Orders outside the UK are shipped via Singapore Post Registered Airmail or Hong Kong Post Registered Airmail.

Express Shipping (DHL / UPS / FedEx)
If you require expedited shipping via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, please leave a remark under “Instructions to Merchant” on PayPal or email us before your order is dispatched. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for express services. We will provide you with a quote and a payment link for the extra cost before upgrading your shipping method.

Special Note for Battery Products

Due to international shipping regulations for lithium batteries, battery products require special handling and will be shipped via alternative carriers:

  • UK Deliveries (Batteries Only):
    Battery products shipped within the UK are dispatched via EVRi. Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days.

  • Other European Countries (Batteries Only):
    Battery products shipped to other European countries are dispatched via PostNL (Netherlands Post). Estimated delivery time is 15–30 business days.

Please allow additional time for battery shipments as they go through specialized handling and customs clearance processes.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, including PO Boxes, APO (Military) Boxes, and FPO (Foreign) Boxes.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and deliverable, including a valid telephone number. If you need to change your address, please update it in PayPal before completing your payment. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Delivery Delays

During peak seasons (such as Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas), adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in dispatch. We kindly ask that you allow extra time for delivery during such periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order using any of the following services:

Depending on the carrier used for your shipment, either of these platforms will provide the most up‑to‑date delivery status.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Royal Mail
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

EVRi (formerly Hermes)
If an incorrect address is provided, a change-of-address fee of £12 will apply. Please ensure the delivery address is reliable, or consider shipping to your workplace if that is more convenient.

Drop Shipping

By default, we ship to the address provided in your PayPal account. If you wish to ship to a different recipient, please contact us by email before or immediately after placing your order, and confirm that we have acknowledged your request. Please ensure our emails are not blocked.

International Orders — Plug Compatibility

For international orders, the appropriate plug type will be included based on the destination country. For example, orders to Italy will receive an EU plug; orders to the USA will receive a US plug. If you prefer not to receive the plug for your region, please email us in advance.

Bulk Orders & Discounts

If you are interested in ordering multiple laptop chargers or monitor AC adapters, please contact us by email to inquire about volume discounts.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, the destination, and the total retail value. These rates include shipping, handling, and high-quality packaging.

Express Shipping Costs
For DHL, UPS, or FedEx express services, additional fees apply. The exact cost will depend on the destination, package weight, and selected service level. We will confirm the additional amount with you before processing the upgrade.

Special Delivery Requests

If your order has a specific delivery deadline, please leave a note under “Instructions to Merchant” on PayPal. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline or notify you of the earliest feasible delivery schedule.
